Shipping & Returns

All orders are FOB El Cajon, California, USA

All orders will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified by the customer and/or previously agreed to by Nova Biotech.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Nova Biotech is not responsible for delivery delays due to any delay a shipper may experience due to weather, traffic or other situations that may lead to not meeting the expected delivery time and date.

We use FedEx or UPS for most small shipments. For larger shipments FedEx, UPS or other freight carriers will be used based the size, type of shipment and destination. Other modes of shipping are possible, but not guaranteed. We will make every attempt to ship your items per your request, but based on our best judgment, we will make the final determination on how the order will be shipped.

If you would like us to bill your FedEx or UPS account, please make sure that it stated clearly on your Purchase Order and that you provide the full account number and method/speed of shipment that you are requesting. If no method of shipment is indicated on your Purchase Order, Nova Biotech reserves the right to select the method of shipping.

Return Policy:

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. Please keep all packaging materials and shipping documents to insure proper credit.

Inspect your order: It is the customers sole responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive a broken or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us with 3 business days.

Wrong Item:

If you ordered the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it with the correct item. However, we do not guarantee full credit if you have ordered the wrong item. If the item has been used or installed in an instrument, we cannot guarantee full credit or replacement. If you have ordered the wrong item it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We can recommend the best method and carrier based on the item’s type, size and point of shipment.

If Nova Biotech has suggested or recommended the wrong item it is our policy to correct the error and to make a best effort attempt to get you the correct item. However, if there is a price difference the customer is liable for the difference. If the correct replacement item is not available the customer will receive a full refund. If Nova Biotech has recommended the wrong item, we will pay the shipping cost to return the item. We will provide the customer with a pre-paid shipping number and the method of shipment. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack the item before returning it to Nova Biotech. Upon request Nova Biotech can provide packing instructions to the customer. After we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a credit or a replacement. Nova Biotech will pay for the return shipping of the new item to you.
